Information Collection and Use
Insight Software Solutions is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We do not sell, rent, share or provide your private information to other firms or individuals. Currently, information is collected on our web sites from three different sources: 1) ordering, 2) contest entries and 3) subscription lists.

We require information from the user on our product order forms, such as contact information (name, address, telephone number) and credit card information. The information we collect is used to process and fulfill your order. We maintain the information you provide in a customer database (except for credit card information) to have record that you are a licensed customer for sending upgrade notices and the like. This information may also be used to contact the user in case of problems with the order. We do not maintain a database of personal credit card information.
Contest Entries
Basic name, address and e-mail information is requested of all sweepstake contest entrants. This is so we can notify contest winners and know where to send the software prizes. The information collected from our contests is not disclosed to any outside party.
Subscription Lists
We currently have an e-mail subscription service for our Macro Express product. This may expand to other products in the future. Subscribers are notified of any updates or enhancements to our program. The only information required is an e-mail address. Users may opt out of this service at any time by un-subscribing to our e-mail notification service. The e-mail addresses collected are not distributed to other firms or individuals.
Insight Software Solutions' websites contain links to other Internet sites. We encourage all of our partners, contributors and third party links to implement policies and practices that respect the privacy of our visitors. However, Insight Software Solutions is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other websites.
Cookies
We do not use cookies to track any personally identifiable information. Some of the banner advertisers on our web sites may use cookies to rotate addvertising banners.
Parents
Insight Software Solutions has no intention of collecting any personally identifiable information from individuals under thirteen years of age. If a child has provided us with personally identifiable information, please contact us at privacy@wintools.com if you would like this information deleted from our records. We will make all reasonable efforts to delete the child's information from our databases.
